TERMS:
1)
General: The
acceptance of this reservation by PABCC is conditioned upon the acceptance of
DEALER to be bound by the terms of this agreement and the terms of the agreement
that PABCC has with the
A)
There will be NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL
anywhere on the church’s Campus, including the parking area.
The church rules require a smoke and alcohol free Campus.
B)
No
motor home parking overnight in the parking lot.
However, there is a Wal-Mart

Definitions:
A) “Setup” - time period provided to DEALER to unload wares on leased tables in preparation for SHOW.
B)
“Pack up” - time
period provided to DEALER to remove unsold wares from the Show
premises. It is a specific
condition that DEALER may NOT remove such wares prior to

“Early
birds” - For an additional fee, PABCC will allow entry of buyers on Friday
from

DEALER is solely
responsible for ensuring that their table(s) is manned AT ALL TIMES during
show hours. DEALER MAY NOT SHARE OR
FURTHER SUBLEASE ANY TABLE(s) without the expressed written consent of the PABCC.

If
applicable, DEALER is responsible for securing/having any and all necessary
permits and licenses to sell at this SHOW and DEALER shall be solely responsible
for the collection and remittance of any and all sales/use taxes to the proper
authorities.
5)
As part of this agreement, DEALER hereby expressly assumes the
responsibility for any and all lost,
damaged or stolen wares and DEALER hereby
expressly agrees to hold PABCC harmless from any and all such
claims, however styled. DEALER is
strongly advised to take extra- ordinary precautions to secure and/or protect
any valuable items from the period of setup to pack up.
6)
DEALER
understands that due to the nature of the collectibles involved, all
reproduction, repaired or otherwise altered wares, must be clearly labeled,
offered and/or sold as such.
7)
DEALER
further understands that ANY violation of this agreement by DEALER or any
action(s) by DEALER that would violate the PABCC agreement with the

DEALER
agrees that PABCC shall not be responsible for matters outside its expressed
control and the liability of PABCC in any case shall be limited to the refund of
any monies paid by DEALER to PABCC for this SHOW.
FEES:
Table
costs are $50 each for the first two tables (2 ½’ x 8’).
Any additional tables will be $25 each.
Each table rental includes two chairs.
Table
covers are required for each table, and are available to rent for $5 per table
cover. Dealers may bring their own
table covers, or rent a cover for $5 each.
Electric
outlets are only available for wall tables.
Wall space is first come, first served.
There
will be NO pegboards available for hanging items. You must provide your own.
Additionally, NO items can be nailed to the walls.
Overnight
security is provided.
No
refunds after September 21, 2009.
By
execution of this agreement, the undersigned DEALER hereby certifies that they
have read and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and the OVERRIDING
terms of the agreement of PABCC with the North
